That whole talk about "end game" is preposterous. Cruz is a Harvard lawyer, law clerk to the Supreme Court, accomplished legal counsel. He knows how to strategize. The end game is that one side caves first. Cruz is hoping that it won't be Republicans, but if it is, it won't be because of him. Whether he is willing to agree to negotiate a one year delay to Obamacare, I don't know, but to me that would be the best thing to push for. Let us go to the voters in 2014 on the issue, and let them decide. If they want to go socialist, they can go to hell, but I still believe there are enough there to get rid of Harry Reid and get us the Senate. Then the strategy is REPEAL, REPEAL, REPEAL.
Smart people don't describe their moves in advance. Why does everyone want to know the end game? Did Bobbie Fischer tell Boris his moves ahead of time?
The British during the Battle of Britain didn't have an 'end game' they just held on, knowing they couldn't surrender.
Hilter made a crucial error and thought they were finished and attacked the Soviet Union.
You never know what error your enemy will make that give you a victory, but you have to keep fighting.
