I placed a very polite call to SONCO at their 800 number on the fencing.

I was bumped up to a Vice President, it might have been the President, of the company.

The Barrycades were PURCHASED by the Park service years ago. They are NOT BEING RENTED by SONCO. They are not happy with the situation and have been getting calls and emails.

I would have to say SONCO gets a pass on this one. They are not involved.
