Having a WWII veteran cut the wire barricade for freedom, priceless.

The point of the wire is so that they can charge anybody cutting it with vandalism and damaging federal property.

That would be tyranny, which applies when a state has become unreasonable and therefore unjust/un-free. Plus...I doubt a WWII vet cares much about having a criminal record the last few years they have. To once more assault a barricade in a fight for liberty...
