My Grandfather is a WW2 vet - 89 - years old - and he is so pissed off right now you can’t imagine. He can barely walk but he says he wants to go down there and knock down every last barry-cade and dare them to arrest him, and I know he isn’t the only vet thinking that.
I will represent any vet who gets arrested there for free.
This is so damned ridiculous I am nearly beyond words.
And I’m a lawyer! We never run out of words!
I’m with him! I am ready to go storm those barry-cades and I’m not a vet (hearing loss kept me out).
Eagles up! Let’s Roll.
The last great generation has more fight in them still than most of us. Us younger generations should be ashamed at ourselves.

My Dad was a WWII vet too. He passed away in 2006 but I am sure he would have felt exactly like your Grandfather.
Most WWII vets are now in their late 80’s or early to mid to late nineties. Ten years from now most of these vets will be gone. God bless the men and women who gave so much for this county.
I am a Vietnam combat vet, and most of us are in our mid 60’s to maybe mid 80’s so we are getting older ourselves. I would love to crash the Vietnam was memorial but I am 2000 miles away.
