Fischer may have voted for cloture on a judge in Nevada or somewhere.
That is one vote I noticed months back on nytimes inside congress.
Fischer and Ayotte have both disgraced themselves many times over. Both are disgusting statists, not as horrible as Democrats, but nonetheless each has squandered many opportunities to stand for America. Bob
