Boehner does not have the votes to “sign off” on funding obamacare.
The only way he could get them is to put together the RINO cowards in the House with Pelosi’s radical Dems, and if he tries that, he is toast.
And he knows it.
Therefore, he already announced the House will not send a clean CR funding obamacare back to the Senate.
Boehner does not want to do this, but his hand has been forced.

We need to stop saying clean bill and call it what it is, a new bill. The Democratic Overlords don't want anything that doesn't meet their every demand.
