Cruz just told Rush it was an honour to read Rush’ father’s essay on the Senate floor. Cruz said it brought tears to his eyes. My eyes watered up too. A combination of grief for what those men went through and grief for how far we have sunk with the skunks entrusted with the treasure of that sacrifice.
