I just went out for a smoke with some co-workers and one of them was pissed that Cruz spoke so long. She showed her true ignorance when she said it was BS that they let him speak and didn’t cut him off sooner. Repeating what Reid said about what a waste of time...and what crap, reading a story and childrens book to his daughters. THAT is not what it’s for, she claims. She believes he used all his time, reading bedtime stories, when he was supposed to be talking Obamacare.
Obviously she did NOT watch...and is only catching headlines and the propaganda being put out by the LSM. Ugh...I loathe dumbed down voters who can’t (or won’t) think for themselves.
I tried to explain to her that if she had watched his speech, any of it, especially surrounding the “bedtime story” party, she would have seen it all related to the same thing. It’s about our children and where they are heading and what they are going to be left with. And to show Cruz is just like us, in that he is a parent with children he has just as many concerns as we do.
She wouldn’t let me though....stupid lady. A Democrat no less. Go figure. Some people just won’t wake up.
