He refused McLame by not giving him 15 minutes to yap as requested by dingy Harry. It was a beautiful thing.

Reid asked Cruz if he would give McCain his 15 minutes....he also threw out that he would allow until 1 pm. Cruz wouldn’t bite. Poor McCain wouldn’t even come in himself and speak - he had to send Harry in to ask permission. Wuss.
