I agree, but I also think I can sometimes learn something of value from them. If I coach the Vikings, I might not call the Packers my friends, but if they do something effective against the Bears, I might be interested in it for when I face the Bears. Forgive the NFL metaphor, but it seemed apt.
Very good point. It helps me to consider that the bad points in her thought (from my POV) do not necessarily void the good parts.
