The point about the Robo calls was that when they can’t get people to take O Care even when its supposedly free-(they spend all this money on ads/robocalls-) means there has to be something wrong with it.
The robo calls are a planned deception. In other words, they have to lie and deceive people to get their evil agenda passed.
