if passes are required to enter the gallery i would imagine the cruz staff would be on-site to facilitate that. if any one has caught a tweet let me know...
I think the passes are normally obtained from your own senators and representative. I did see this on a senator’s website. . . “Gallery Passes do not need to be used same-day, so you can pick them up at any time during your visit and use them at your leisure.”
