Cruz and Lee even after 12 hours are making far more sense on issues than Obama, McCain, Graham, Alexander, Hatch, Corker, or anyone else has in the senate in my lifetime. I'm 56. Either one I'd be more than glad to support and give my vote for POTUS. They have the wisdom it will take to turn this around.
Very true, and I would add that Ted Cruz has done more for the American people in 12 hours than anything barry has done in 5 long years.

I cannot fathom that there are some freepers who think Ted Cruz is doing the wrong thing. I am flummoxed. Ted Cruz has done more leading in a month than the top 5 Congressional leaders have done in the last 5 years!
When is the last time the base was excited about something the Republican leadership was doing? I cannot even remember.
Ted Cruz forced Boehner, Cantor and others to get defunding through the House. Republican “moderates” were scared to death to vote against it. Why? Because they know Ted Cruz has the backing of the GOP rank and file, the TEA Party and the conservative base.
Ted Cruz has shown that the GOP leadership is a bunch of pansy wimps who never wanted to stand up against Obama and the Democrats. Conservatives are excited, the base is beginning to feel hope for the first time in 5 years.
So the RINO’s have to do everything they can to sabotage it, just to take Cruz down a notch. The GOPe leadership is not interested in winning. They see Ted Cruz leading this party and it bugs them to no end.
If the RINO Senators do not support Cruz it could really see this party split. The RINOs have absolutely no use for a conservative who actually means what they say. The RINOs have no use for a conservative who tries to undo one of the most unpopular leftwing statist programs ever created in this country.
Ted Cruz scares Boehner more than an upcoming election. Last year, weeks before the election John Boehner said that Obamacare was law of the land and would be funded. The looming election did not bother him. Ted Cruz and the TEA Party and the base are scaring Boehner now.
That is leadership.

I swear Lindsey Graham had been in the whiskey tonight, appearing on GRETA.
His first unfunny remark was to a backdrop of Cruz on his feet in his 8th hour EDT, and Graham complains about the late hour! Yes, he tells Greta he will be sooo happy when her show moves up an hour! The contrast was stunning, with Cruz on video feed.
I simply could not listen to his faux appreciation of Ted, as he then turns to trump up credits for the old way tactic of wait, delay and basically BS endlessly toward some uncertain goal down the road.
Can’t stand him.

They are turning it...but regardless of what happens tomorrow...and throughout the weeks ahead...we’ve been spectacle to two amazing men speaking the language of the people....I have no doubt God Himself has moved them both to where they are at this time...
Remember Jesus was born at night and the whole event was from unexpected events and people....God works often as this...and because this was so unexpected and has touched so many...it will be more than interesting to see what comes of it all....two men front and center...and God.
