Lee says Supreme Court effectively rewrote the individual mandate as a tax, vs a penalty which is how Congress wrote it.
The tax language did not originate in the House or the senate, but by five judges. This was a lawless act. This was a sad, shameful moment when they took the mantle of a super-legislative body which it is not.
Nice smackdown by Lee. He should make it personal and call out Roberts, personally.
