Reading through these comments is depressing. No wonder they almost always beat us at political gamesmanship. When our side actually shows up and plays hard (like today), a sizable number of conservatives start eating their own. “Cruz is just showboating” “Paul is backstabbing him” “None of it matters anyway”. Hell, we finally have a handful of Senators that will go around the media, and right to the American people.

People keep wanting somebody to “stand up”. Well, Ted Cruz is literally standing up, not only to Obama, but to too many in his own party. He has some help. They are doing this to try to stop Obamacare, regardless of their other motives. They are, after all, politicians. They obviously have some parts of this planned. Support them, even if their effort doesn’t fit your perfect world idea of how they should proceed, even if it is doomed to fail for the moment, even if they disappointed you on some other issue, even if you don’t think he’s a “natural born citizen”. This is about the only way that “the good guys” have to do anything in the Senate. I don’t understand how anyone on the Right can oppose this, or even try to nitpick it.

I wonder where you are witnessing these type of comments.
I’ve seen nothing but support for Senator Cruz, on twitter, facebook, here. Of course the gop has their hair on fire, which is a great thing imho.

Where are you seeing this non support from ‘our’ side on Cruz?

Many don’t see, it is easier
to wreck the economy than build it.

Imagine all the good folks who have walked away,
and who is going to replace them?
8 million+ jobs gone and fewer business owners.

You go Mr Cruz, the US Constitution is worthwhile!
