Nor is the common person safe as long as arrogant amped-out twenty-somethings are welcome to read and write an answer typing with one finger, a dynamic personal converstation at the same time they're driving a motor vehicle at speeds up to and above 70 mph and/or in the presence of cross traffic, pedestrians, and traffic signals.
