Okay, not all black students but a whole lot more. Are blacks really less intelligent than whites? If so, why?

When I was a teenager, I wanted to be a professional base ball player. Life is sooooo unfair - I didn't have the talent. Same thing with rock stardom- no talent. I've led a successful and happy life anyway..........so far.
