He has to vote against cloture if Obamacare funding is added as an amendment.

I emailed him this morning and told him that a vote for cloture on any bill where amendment to restore funding was even a possibility was a vote for ObamaCare and that he then owned it.

I think he needs to hear that quite a bit the next few days to ensure it sinks in.
