It’s always amazing and sad to see that even many who profess to love the Bible, do not even capitalize the word.

I'm guessing that's a function of poor education rather than disrespect; how many students in government schools learn capitalization rules of proper nouns these days?

True, but it’s not A bible, it’s THE Bible. Even many supposedly educated writers do not seem to know the difference.

That’s the first clue of sincerity for me.
