Any law can be made to go away and those who might be hurt by making the illegal law go away...too freakin bad; go bitch to the National Socialist Democrat Party who lied to you.
We passed laws and eventually amendments that made slavery, which had the backing under the law, go away. Many slave holders were financially hurt; too f’n bad then and if obamination goes away and some have to regroup, again, too f’n bad.
