Hillary Clinton may have posted a selfie on Twitter, but that doesnt mean just any old shutterbug can take her picture. During a Clinton speech Thursday at a convention in Miami, an audience member dared snap a pic of the presumed presidential candidate with his smartphone, but Clintons team swept in, confiscated the mans phone and deleted the snapshot.

She's a public figure. Her image is public property. If I were that man, I would sue, or press charges, or both.
The person who took the photo, in fear for his life when attacked by an unknown crazed individual trying to grab his phone, should have acted in self defense with his concealed firearm.
She can run... but she can't hide.
They were doing it for his protection. If they didn’t delete the picture his phone would have self destructed and he could have been seriously injured.
Mirror: "Not you, Hillary. Now that Helen Thomas has died you have to fill in for her."
or be found in Fort Marcy Park.
Does that mean is about to disappear for 4 to 8 weeks for a "Freshening" and she doesn't want before and after pictures?
During Hillary’s NY “Listening Tour” she was allowed to speak at a Rochester Catholic Church. Many pro-life parishioners were, naturally, upset by this. They showed up with their rosaries and pro-life signs. Hillary’s thugs would not allow them into their own church. They had to stand on the sidewalk - across the street.
Maybe the person didn’t have the appropriate “fugly” filter?
Rumor is, the few who dared look her in the face are now statues in her private office.
Someone PLEASE post a Gorgon picture. I’m not awake enough yet to search and code.
What’s needed is an app which will take a pic and IMMEDIATELY transmit it to multiple email addresses for safekeeping.
I assume there are already a few around for various smartphones.
First rule of protesting powerful people: make it a surprise.
1) Do not show up as a group. Arrive as individuals.
2) Do not have signs visible. Make signs on thin cloth, which can be secreted in purse or pocket.
3) Upon arrival, do not give any indication that you know any fellow activists. Do not sit together, but spread yourselves around.
I remember a bunch of us infiltrating an anti-gun meeting at a college. One of us got the microphone during the Q&A period and said some things annoying to the panel on stage. When a pair of campus cops came forward to eject the guy, all of us stood up and glared at them. It turned out that more than half of the attendees. about 40 of us, were pro-2A infiltrators. The security guys went back to their donuts.
You said “Realistically, no. It costs $5000 down and $500/hour to operate the legal system.”
There is “Pro se” ... if you don’t quit you can get to SCOTUS representing yourself ... I did; Docket number 13-147 in fact. [the federal question is a veterans rights issue BTW]
The real reason the Demagogic Party wants gun confiscation.
Thanks Red in Blue PA.

Great post! Great advice! Uplifting story.
I wish I could shake your hand.
Two things gentlemen. One, I want to see her medical records. That isn’t going to happen. Two, as some of you know I have predicted her dying from a massive CVA in 2014. We’ll keep our fingers crossed that God has a sense of justice.
Depending on how the photo was deleted, it can be recovered with the right software.

Congratulations! My experience in court is that the judge looks down his nose no matter how well you’re prepared. It’s a good’ole boy system. You’ve beaten the odds. Best of luck.
