Beginning to think that Byron York is a Democrat.
i put him in the camp with rove and hume.
(First, I don't know his politics)
Why? Because he points out problems in the GOP caucus? Because he identifies that the Senate GOP will not vote to defund Obamacare...that Harry Reid will strip the language out of the Senate version,,,
(the following are my words...but do not appear in York's op/ed)...and then that likely the conference committee will approve leaving it out?And then most of the House members, who have pulled the wool over their constituents' eyes, will approve the conference report?
Pointing that out makes York a Democrat?
Byron York certainly is pessimistic. Rather he should have mentioned that...
It was irresponsible to pass a law without reading what is in it.
It is irresponsible to kill babies because it is cheaper than taking care of them.
It is irresponsible to create death panels to kill old people because it is cheaper than treating them.
It is irresponsible to force Christians to help kill babies because it is cheaper.
Please defund Obamacare and get rid of a destructive and counterproductive law that cannot be implemented as written.
History has shown time and again that centralized governments do not work; they are oppressive.
NEVER trust a man in a bow tie. byron is as progressive as fdr was.
This little fag needs a haircut and a set of balls.
There is no reason whatsoever to think that.
Yep.
Using the term “damage control” as a pejorative against Cruz was a dead giveaway of York’s liberal, big govt leanings.
Byron York used David Drucker’s article as his guide. Drucker says there are “many” GOP lawmakers disappointed. He quotes 2 of the many; but never says how many is many—2? 22? 52?. To quote one of the 2, I dont know how you could say, right now, that there are not the votes for it [in the Senate]. I dont understand that, Rep. Phil Roe, R-Tenn., said. Does this mean Rep. Roe does not know who is in control of the Senate? Does Sen. Cruz have to explain this for elected representative every time he says something? Even I, just a voter, know there is no way
at this time the Senate will vote for this. And I am sorry Rep. Poe doesn’t understand. I don’t think Mr. York’s basis for his article is very strong.
does he understand ther
