If it is so good, why the exemptions?
If good for one, it should be good for all. No one escapes or is exempt!
Make all partake and you will see it removed quickly!
the “exemptees” won’t be able to escape the folly either. it’s going to greatly hobble the rewards system by which those who generated good new treatments would be encouraged to continue in that vein. when the USA was the ultimate escape hatch, Britain’s (and Canada’s) folly in this direction wasn’t the ultimate disaster. now we are about to board over the escape hatch!
