Be very careful with that idea. The Soviets' favorite method of silencing dissent was to declare their political enemies "insane" and to commit them to mental institutions, where their minds truly were destroyed. The New Soviets are on the rise here in America, adopting the tactics of their mentors.
Such a person would already be “seeking treatment and medication” with “followup visits”.
It could be abused to silences dissidents but that’s already happening with profiling by the AMA, FBI, IRS, MSM...
