12? There had to be several shooters. The guy with the rifle was only getting off 3 shots at a time, with an interval of a couple of minutes.
May the deceased rest in peace. May their loved ones be comforted.
This is a massive security failure, and perhaps just the beginning of a larger coordinated attack.
