Ah come on, that never happens. How much you wanna bet old Rollie was one of the victims?

Hope Mr. Chance sues the hell out of John Miller and any other “journalist” who identified him as a gunman. Incidentally, Miller took almost a decade off from his media career to work as a p.r. flack for the NYPD, the LAPD and the FBI. He even served as an Assistant Director of National Intelligence for a few years. If any member of the press should be familiar with police procedures and the release of information, it should be Mr. Miller.
In his case, ignorance is no defense. The lawyers at CBS better get ready to write a large check to Rollie Chance or his estate.
