Why is the DC police required to respond to and deal with a shooting at a US military institution and why is the Mayor of DC the person who is currently doing the briefing? Has the American military become so neutered that it cannot even protect its own facilities. If America’s enemies wanted to paralyze the US military it appears that they could walk in unchallenged to almost any military installation in the US without any risk of immediate response from the military.
