Environmental Protection Agency spent $38,350 for former administrator Lisa P. Jacksons portrait. Looking at Reply #1, I'd say they got ripped off.
Rep. Cassidy has a good idea.
If the employees of the EPA want to spring for Lisa's portrait, no prob. There are 17,000 of them. $2.25 each. Less than lunch.

I believe their booking pictures in prison should suffice. Rather wasting money on portraits of these felonious idiots, spend it on prosecuting them for their crimes against Free America, Free Americans and the Constitution.
