I despise kalifornia. Everything about it. The body shops are going to love this one.
This is partially about enabling Mexicans to vote in our elections. Notice that of the ‘restrictions’ stated on these DL’s, VOTING ISN’T ONE OF THEM. HOW EFFING CONVENIENT!
You can't make this chit up.
me too but add the north east for me as well.
I feel bad for those who are stull stuck there and want out.
The state is nothing but girlie men, all about me people and illegals or those who can’t speak English even if thye have lived here for 30 years.
This was what the last recall was over.
If I was convicted with a jury that had illegal aliens I would appeal on the basis that this was not a jury of my peers and those jurors were criminals.
They’ll still be uninsured. That’s also “illegal” in CA.
insurance? we don’t need no stinkin insurance!
Up to now, one had to present an original of a birth certificate to obtain a CDL or a California picture ID.
If I own a car, I have to have proof of insurance in the car along with the registration. If one of these now-licensed illegal aliens is pulled over, or is involved in an accident, are they going to be penalized if they can't provide insurance information? I thought not.
Will Law Enforcement even be allowed to ask for ID?
It looks like there will be some Equal Protection defenses for legal drivers, if the illegals are handled differently
How does this help you CA? It does not~! And you suck for voting those people into office~!
Where do I sign? One bill Gill finally got his way. Recall these bastards tomorrow, better yet, YESTERDAY. What a mockery of law abiding peoples. I hate liberals with all my heart.
LAPD’s vehicle-impound rules violate state law, judge rules
August 12, 2013|By Joel Rubin and Kate Linthicum
The controversial rules that officers in the Los Angeles Police Department must follow when deciding whether to impound vehicles are illegal, a judge ruled Monday.
Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Terry Green, however, did not strike down the LAPD’s impound policy immediately. In coming weeks, the judge will decide whether he should put his own ruling aside until an appeals court hears the case. Until then, the LAPD’s policy will remain in effect, said Michael Kaufman, an attorney for the Southern California chapter of the American Civil Lberties Union, which was part of a coalition defending the impound rules.
We are pleased with the ruling today, said Tyler Izen, president of the Los Angeles Police Protective League.
Kaufman said the ACLU and other groups in the coalition would appeal Green’s decision. Attorneys for the city could not be reached immediately for comment on whether the city would join them.

Me too!
Islamicists have already been using Hispanics to get into the U.S. They are hooking up with Hispanics on both sides of the border and getting themselves and their children into the U.S., into the schools and community colleges so to seem to “fit in” to communities. Whoever pushed this bill in the California legislature must know this. The others who voted for this are useful idiots. All part of hope and change. Hope and change writ large.
