I don’t know what Foreign Minister Lavrov found more objectionable; that Kerry spoke too much, or that the said so little.

But at this point, the Russians are just humiliating us just because they can. As someone else said, our current regime is practically guaranteeing that Carter’s image will go on Mt. Rushmore.
