It’s armed with 16 SS-N-12 anti-ship missiles, each with a range of 300 nm and carrying a 1000 kg warhead. Speed is supersonic. A salvo of missiles will form a network, with one missile flying high to acquire targets an feeding data to the other missiles flying at low altitude to evade radar. If the high missile is shot down, another will take its place in the formation. The networked missiles will also classify and prioritize targets. Air defenses are not shabby, with the primary weapon being the SA-N-6 Grumble missile, which is more comparable to the Patriot missile than the RIM-66 or RIM-67 Standard missile.

The drawback with the ship design is that it packs a lot of weaponry on a hull its size, making it cramped. Damage control would be a challenge.
