Not sure about the geography, but isn’t Ft Carson in Colorado Springs? If so, I’d think that all the GI’s would be able to put Garon on the street in short order.

Giron is in Pueblo, 50 miles to the South.

Pueblo, interestingly, is the home of the largest concentration of Medal of Honor recipients in the U.S., but is also firmly democrat.

Hopefully they are sufficiently blue-dog democrat, down-to-earth, freedom lovers to not be fooled by bloomberg.
