I object to the premise of this discussion.

We have been fed a big lie about stand your ground laws.

Zimmerman’s case was a case of self defense. The stand your ground law in Florida was not part of his defense, and was not a part of this case. Yet somehow, perhaps because liberals can’t let a crisis go to waste, the liberals kept repeating this big lie that Zimmerman shot Trayvon based on the stand your ground law.
