Like Obama’s birth certificate the USA now has a layered Constitution. I don’t believe the Founders could have visualized the extent of layering beyond amendments to just all of the ‘social justice’.
A judge is supposed to fulfill the constitution, not interpret it. Of course she is clueless that trying to fulfill a life with a same sex individual is worse than marrying some one to a blow up doll to abuse... but she remains adamant that she can redress this “inequality”.
