Jenkins' early release obviously calls into question the wisdom of "good-time" credit. It also calls into question the notion that prison has any power at all to rehabilitate criminals. Jenkins got locked up as a relatively young teenager and apparently just got more violent.
The murder of 33-year-old Andrew Kruger is particularly horrifying. Kruger, a wife and mother of three, was on her way home from work right before she died, WOWT.com reported.

Amen. That behavior belies a rebellious heart and at least a penchant to break the rules for personal gain or convenience. I've seen it many times.

Thanks. I got a job this week because the owner that hired me has the same position on tattos.
He said he had a number of applications from tattooed guys who appeared otherwise fully qualified, (maybe even more qualified than me, IMO) but didn't even consider them.
So the job is mine!
