It was just reported that the President of France said, "If Congress does not vote to support a military action in Syria, the French are out. They will not participate based upon what congress decides.

Is this to stampede congress to support the action or is this to be an excuse to get out of their stated comittment?

I hope the Russians issue a real threat and do it publicly. Let the people know it was congress that allowed obama to get us nuke...or at the very least, into WWIII. The entire world is against us on this. Except for The French. That is sick.
