Kerry swiped Hagel’s tie.
I've read a post on FR about Kerry's ties. Apparently, he has two types. One colored like this one and one colored similar to this one.
Now, every time I see Kerry, I check to see if this is true about the ties.
I know.... but its a lazy Labor Day day...... <8^)
