I don’t trust our politicians, and I don’t think we should be involved in Syria in any way. There have been no illegal orders issued. There is always the option of conscientious objector status.

If this was a potential war/conflict that FReepers supported, how many posters would be trashing the same actions?

I believe if it was a potential war that freepers supported you would also see support from the military.

The military is being abused as the worlds policemen at great cost of lives and limb and for what end.

Iraq we have given back and it has sunk into utter distruction and Afghanistan will be no different.

Freepers have the pulse of the military and a tight grip on reality.

Can anyone explain to me what gain we have for all of the soldiers, sailors, airmen, marines and civillian support to the military that gave their lives or were maimed in these locations?

Mr. amateur hour, AKA President Obama telegraphs every military move and loves to get in front of the cameras and talk about things he doesnt understand like he is intelligent.

He has no foreign affairs experience, military experience, business experience and I bet my paycheck he has no teaching experience.

John Kerry and Chuck Hagel are the last persons we need on watch in a time on crisis.

If we attack Syria, whats coming next will make Bengazi look like a traffic ticket.
