Unfortunately, I don’t really have any idea how to do it. I would say that historically the typical way to reverse entrenched institutionalized culture is to burn it down and start over.

I would say that historically the typical way to reverse entrenched institutionalized culture is to burn it down and start over.Unfortunately, I don't think that will work in the USA...the left is burning down our culture brick by brick instead of all at once...I'm afraid burning it down just to start again will accomplish their goals a bit faster...
They're experts at it...
