Bolten mentioned that last night on Greta. He said congress could not fund it.
Bolton said Obama believes our strength in the world is the cause of the problems and that a weaker US will lead to peace. A weaker US is Obama’s comfort zone. He said we will have to wait 1200 days for a real president and then reclaim our proper place in the world.
