I need to go back to bed for a while. I have severe bronchitis. I’m trying to sleep it off taking powerful antibiotics...lol.

Thank you very much, dearest onyx. And thank you all very much for your prayers.

The leg is not so swollen anymore, but maybe that’s because there’s so much leakage. I used to wear a tight wrap all the time and it controlled the swelling and the leakage but it’s gotten too painful to wear. I usually wear one for part of the day now, but almost always have to ask Chris to take it off at bedtime. Been popping pain pills like crazy. Have to have a towel on the floor everywhere I sit to catch the water. I do have some sort of silver that we’ve tried on the wounds. The skin is now emaciated and very sensitive to touch or pressure. Now have to roll up my pant leg anytime I wear long pants and can’t sleep with my leg on the bed. Sleep in a reclining position with my foot on the floor. They gave me some adult diapers to wrap around my leg to collect the water, but can’t wear them very long. They get wet and make the skin burn and sting. Guess I’m going to be stuck for awhile until the waterworks stop. It’s leaked like this before for several months and then stopped as suddenly as it started. I think this is the third time in the last six or seven years that I’ve had the water flowing. I think the tight wrap stopped it last time, so I keep trying. Put a wrap on it during the day and leave for as long as I can tolerate it. Doc says I can keep the leg for as long as I can tolerate the pain and it doesn’t get infected. First sign of infection, the leg goes.

By the way, Marcella, thanks for funding the Olive Garden. It’s my favorite restaurant. ;) Don’t even need the pictures on the menu to order anymore. Just say bring me the regular. ;)

Thank you all very much and God bless. My prayers for you, too.
