This morning, one of my Madison WI co-workers suggested that it won’t be easy to get fast food today.
I responded that it won’t be a problem, not around here. He responded, “We’ll see.”
At lunch, I plan to go to the Culver’s in Middleton, WI. I expect business as usual.
For those in Southfield, MI, I recommend Fishbone’s Rhythm Kitchen. A little more expensive, but great food. I doubt their employees get appreciably more than the fast food joints (except waitresses who receive good tips).
Has anyone else around here scouted the local fast food joints to see if there is any appreciable effect?
One of the local McD's had someone in a company uniform out in front this morning at Breakfast. Looked like they might be doing a survey, or something.
Otherwise, nada.
This morning I drove by 3 McDonalds, a Burger King, and a Wendy’s. Looked like business as usual to me.
Culver’s just made it far enough south that I see them. We stop at the one in Murfreesboro when on road trips to see the folks. Pretty good place, I like them.
