Does el Presidente have to sign Hasanâs death warrant. like Governors do in the various states? There is a guy on the military death row that was convicted in 1988. Hassan is at least a decade or two away from execution so Obama won't have anything to do with it.

The appeals will go on until the day odumbo leaves office and then he will grant Hasan a full pardon. Its a muslim tadition to take care of one another. (sarc)

That will depend on whether he chooses to be president-for-life or go on a retirement vacation. A fellow Muslim will remain in charge however...
