“All i have read”

Yes, one side of the story, like I said.

Me, I’ve owned a restaurant, and would not chase out 25 paying customers without a reason in favor of 1 without a good reason, so I am tending to give the business owner the benefit of the doubt.

Money is green.

It’s the only color I, and 99.99999% of business owners care about.

I’ve worked in restaurants with very stupid managers who would be so freaked out by one customer complaining that they would totally overreact. It is not the owner that did this but the manager. Since the restaurant (as far as I know) as not issued a statement along the lines of “a group of customers became unruly upon a reasonable request by the manager” I’ll give the group the benefit of the doubt.

As a business owner I’m sure you know damage control in such situations must be started immediately or it will be too late to let your side of the story see the light of day.
