Disagree. This is straight ahead racism, both the actions of the restaurant and many of the responses here. That’s why I always differ when people say “slavery ended x years ago, get over it, etc.” Because as long as the sight of people is repugnant/frightening to you, you are in the thrall of racism.
It is , if in fact it happened as reported. These stores crop up every so often and later on (quietly) other facts get out that were omitted. The example of Oprah's encounter in the Swiss store is the example I gave. That was shown to be bogus. So, I'm just saying I have my doubts it happened just this way.
