we pay no attention to the birther crap any more. Damn Straight, they don't pay any attention to the 2nd amendment, so why should we care what that old Constitution says anyway. We should quote the Constitution when we agree with it, and quote the law when it doesn't, that way we can always be on the right side of every issue.
