Where exactly is “natural born citizen” defined in the Constitution?

Article 1, Section 8 gives congess the power to 'To establish a uniform rule of naturalization'. Since 'natural born' is a state of naturalization, congress sets those definitions in Federal law.

It is right next to the Article defining the word "is." It is enough that the Framers differentiated the two by specifically spelling out the requirements to be President, no other office has that requirement spelled out.

The meaning was well understood until the New World Order types decided to move their agenda forward, so they have clouded the issue with the willing participation of delusional patriots.

Nominate whomever you want, it won't matter in the least unless it fits their agenda. The Constitution died some time ago.
