I specifically remember Panetta saying right after Benghazi, that they had lost track of some of chemical weapons in Syria. I think we need to locate those articles to post and review.
I will work on it in a bit but if you guys remember or can find something, please post. I think it may be important in light of fact that Carney is now saying that Syrian has maintained control of those stocks at all times.
