But how many people hear the comments he makes unless it appears on the screen of their Obamaphone or the Black TV stations. I’ve read some of the comments people have written in response to Obamacare and there are a whole lot of them that end up with the famous “....yeah but...”
Suspect there are a whole lot of people out there that wish he had never been elected but they voted for him and they are not about to admit that they were wrong.
obama always sets up strawmen because the people he describes causing the problem do not exist. “they”, “there are those”, “some people”, “some folks”, “some say”, “the naysayers”, etc. always vague, undefined generalities.
It’s too bad Rush’s father can’t hear it!
Rather than give each of you that expressed your opinions so eloquently.... I just have to say that it has been nice commenting with you folks but it is past time for me to leave it up to the younger generation to continue to fight. Too old and too forgetful.
I am moving on...the hell with politics, it just does not seem to matter anymore who is elected anyway.
So anyway, after pissing off many folks, I am taking my leave, thanks to those that supported me and actually to those that responded negatively (at least they had an opinion). Good luck to you all and I sure hope that things change radically from today’s problems.

One more duty Congress has, that O forgot to mention, is that Congress handles Articles of Impeachment.

Wasn’t it just the other day that Zero was saying that basically Congress was irrelevant? If only the Congress and Senate would just rubber stamp anything dicktator zero wanted instead of having the audacity(well a few of them) to actually do what they were elected to do, everything would just be peachy keen. Then zero and reggie could light up the pipe and play balls.
I do thank you berdie... But.. Really do you believe that we can really change the current direction of the country - seems impossible to me at this stage.

I actually feel like you do. If things were to change...it will take much more power than we mortals can provide.
I try to take solace in the fact that any little thing we can do might have some small affect.
Maybe it’s a post on a message board that might make somebody take pause. Or setting an example by exhibiting our values to our young people. Or maybe it’s just singing the Star Spangled Banner at the top of my lungs every time I hear it. And I guarantee you...that ain’t a pretty sound.:)
I’m not a youngster anymore either and I get discouraged more than I used to. I turn off the politics for awhile and recharge. I just pray a lot...and eventually give things another try.
