But as long as we live in a stagnant Socialist economy it won't be. Without rungs to climb on the ladder as a way out these folks will radicalize and organize as an alternative.

Exactly right. Why not a minimum price for your used car?
How about this- we hear every election about precincts in Philly, Chicago, Detroit, etc where the Democrat gets 90%, 100% even 110% of the vote. Why not a minimum vote? Why not say the Republican ‘deserves’ a minimum of 20% of the vote in any precinct?
